French TUV Litigation Update

For those who have been affected by the French TUV implant litigation we have news of developments.

We have been told that the hearing of the appeal took place on 15th May 2018 and the judgment will be handed down on 10th October 2018.

As soon as there are any further developments we will inform you all.
